We are licensed, certified through the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) and insured to perform your radon measurement and mitigation needs. Edge Radon has the knowledge to answer any questions you may have and the skill to resolve any of your radon needs.
After my wife and I sold our home and purchased another one, both houses needed radon mitigation. After researching radon and learning of the adverse health effects the idea for Edge Radon Solutions began. Also, having a son that had a tracheostomy for over 3 years and chronic lung issues, we knew we needed to have the air we breathe in our home free of radon. The company was also named with our kids in mind with each one of their first initials spelling Edge. It is our mission to help other families breathe easy in their home.
Our goal is to educate our customers on the health effects of radon and to make the air in their home healthier for them to breathe. With each system installed is one more home safe to live in.
What is Radon
Radon is a tasteless, odorless, invisible, and naturally occurring gas in the environment. It is a radioactive element derived from the breakdown of Uranium in the earth's soil and rock.
Testing and Mitigation
No two houses are the same. Your neighbor or relative may have low radon levels, but this doesn't necessarily mean your house will have low levels as well. We will test your home quickly, accurately, and precisely to determine the level of radon that may be in your house.
